Monkey Shoulder wanted to bring its tagline “For Great Nights In And Out” to life, so we built a living room meets listening bar at Wilde Weide and Wildeburg festival. The goal was to create a space that blended naturally into the festival’s aesthetic, while fully owning the interior with the signature black-and-orange palette, a sophisticated atmosphere, and a strong focus on music.

We managed the project from start to finish. From the initial outreach to Kultlab and negotiating the full partnership, to developing and building the area with 20tree. We also brought in RRFM and SlapFunk to host and curate the music programming, and featured artists like DJ Chuckie, Enzo Siragusa, and Samuel Deep. We led the PR strategy by inviting key journalists to both festivals, resulting in 9 features across outlets like 3VOOR12, Cosmopolitan, and JFK.

The area stayed packed all weekend, with a constant line at the cocktail bar. The signature Ginger Monkey cocktail was also featured at every bar across the festival grounds. Wildeburg drew almost 21.000 visitors, while Wilde Weide welcomed 7.800 for its second edition.
